We wish all relatives and friends near and far a happy new year!
For us, it will be an exciting and special year: our eldest's first day of school, my 40th birthday, and the big parental leave trip!
What are we planning? And who are 'we' anyway?
'We' are our children Pontus (6 years), Stian (5 years), Smilla (5 months), our dog Filou (12 years), my husband Kai, and me.
And on May 8, 2022, we will embark on a 10-week parental leave trip around the Baltic Sea... but not by car, but by bike, covering approximately 1,700 km!
What was once far away recently, is now approaching rapidly. We are excited, thinking about the trip every day, sometimes a little naive, but mostly full of anticipation!
We would be happy if you want to accompany us digitally on this journey and follow this blog.
