In order to be able to "cook" Thai cuisine at home, we decided to participate in a cooking class.

Each of us cooked a curry (red, green, or yellow), a soup, and something stir-fried in a wok.

We were all very impressed with the taste.

After the meal, we took a short break in the beautiful garden of our cooking instructor. By the way, he is particularly proud of his outdoor toilet with a view of the rice fields.

After relaxing in the hammocks, we made a papaya salad, Thai spring rolls, and finally the dessert. We had coconut rice with mango and coconut bananas.

In the end, we received the recipes for all the dishes in a small booklet with the original signature of our cooking instructor.

His wife also gave us useful tips on where to get the ingredients at home or what we could substitute them with if necessary.

A very delicious and beautiful day.
