On the next day, we wanted to take the tip from a friend and stop in Audierne. There is a place with water and disposal at the entrance of the town.
The village is a nice sleepy fishing village, with a few small bars and a few shops.
At the harbor, we watched a few fishermen unloading their catch.
Unfortunately, the town was in a state of emergency because a few days earlier, a young family of three died while fishing from a cliff. Shops and restaurants were closed early for the public mourning service.
The next morning we drove to Pointe du Raz, the southwesternmost point of Brittany. Everyone comes here, it's crowded like a fair, the parking lot is expensive, and the cliff with the view is nothing special. You can skip it.
We moved on soon, passing through a low point at Kerloc'h with a beautiful sandy beach. I climbed onto the roof of the bus to take a photo.
The parking lot at Pointe du Van is also packed, but the view and the hiking trails are much more beautiful. We took a nice walk with Schnuffi.
