Halftime - Interim assessment

Today we have our halfway point. Exactly half of our six months of travel are over. Just over three weeks each in Cambodia and Laos and now 6 weeks in Vietnam.

Three months behind us and it already feels very long. Three months still lie ahead. If we think critically about it, we would say that three months total would have been enough. But it's also good to have this experience of a very long travel time.

We have found a rhythm that suits us, usually 3-4 days in one place, not packing our days so full, so there is enough time to read, to rest, and especially enough time to sit in a bar for an hour and watch people.
