First entry! Before the journey...

Hello!

If someone has stumbled here who doesn't know me: My name is Matthias, I'm a peculiar bird and right now I feel like a bear in a cage!

In other words: I just want to get away!!

For 4 years I've been waiting for day X, but on May 2nd it's finally time, I'll hop on my motorcycle and never look back.

The plan: There's no exact plan, except for 3 fixed points: reaching the southernmost, westernmost, and northernmost points of Europe. In between, the sea should always be on my left side and the route driven should preferably be the continental outer boundary of Europe.
Thanks to Mr. Putin, the easternmost point and Ukraine are out of the picture!

I will try to upload my route, pictures, and thoughts here every day to let you participate in my journey a little bit.
