After the Gibraltar experience, our journey continues along the Mediterranean towards Austria.
In Granada, we enjoy the beautiful old town with its different influences of history for a few hours.
Then we drive back towards the coast to Roquetas de Mar. We keep bypassing this and that along the way, hoping to come back someday.
The Andalusian coast is packed with plastic greenhouses for hundreds of kilometers. It's one thing to know this from reports or see it from a plane, but it's a completely different thing to drive through it for hours.
Just when we thought we would have to spend the night surrounded by plastic, we finally arrived at Playa de Roquetas!
Here, we decided to make some progress the next day and stay for two nights in Peñiscola. Time to recap the experiences of the last few days and find the (new) travel rhythm.
