A day at the lake

From Mainstockheim to Chiemsee... it took us until dark. Always nice at 100 - 110 km/h on Germany's motorways. In Bavaria (not to be confused with Franconia!!) the speed of overtaking vehicles and the density of BMWs and Porsches became significantly higher. But now you can drive 150 with the E Benz!

We were happy when we were allowed to leave this place (the motorway) that is so significant for Germany and came to Lake Chiemsee. Parking space for normal parking fees with a view of the lake. Hearty - but vegetarian - food on site in the self-service restaurant (staff is apparently rare here too) and similarly astronomical drink prices as at home.

Then, the next morning, wonderful atmosphere over the lake. We hung out there until the afternoon when it was almost 30°. Made the office, created a new yoga retreat in the Altmark and felt the water around us.
