Manchester is a very lively city with some sights to see. Since I only spent 2 days in the city, I decided to explore the city center and relax on the first day, and on the second day, I took part in a city tour with people from the hostel.
I highly recommend the 3-hour 'Free Walking Tour'. In a relaxed atmosphere, you learn a lot about the city and its history. You see places that you would hardly find on your own and you get insider tips from the local guides.
