Day 1 Flight from Stuttgart to Rhodes

Finally autumn holidays and the desire to go to the sun and the sea!

Suitcases are packed and this time we're heading to Stuttgart airport.

Departure at 14:20 and arrival on time at 18:25 local time. Since we often have a rental car, we had to pick up our suitcases and find the car rental service. This time we decided to go with a provider outside the airport, which went smoothly. We were picked up by a shuttle at the airport and after about 15 minutes drive, we got our rental car.

Now we headed towards the hotel. The streets of Greece are unusual, but it was easy to drive.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. Since it was already a bit late for dinner, we were asked to go and eat at the restaurant first and then check in.

The buffet was fantastic as always, so we had a meal and then went back to the reception to get our room key. A nice bellboy took us to our room with our luggage on a trolley. It was a bit hidden in a quiet location.

After checking out the room, we took a short walk around the complex and looked at everything in the dark. It was beautiful to see everything illuminated.

As a conclusion, we briefly visited the evening show, but then went back to the room to sleep after the long day.
