01/12/2016 - Olhao

On 01/12, we continued to Estoi, where there should be a nice place to park, but it turned out to be an ugly parking lot with many potholes and not very appealing. So we parked the motorhome and explored the town. This was very quick as all the buildings were closed and the town itself was not particularly inviting. Getting out of the town was a bit difficult, as it felt like all the streets were one-way in the wrong direction. :-)

We continued to Fora, a large city, but still couldn't find a parking space. Driving without Google Maps is much more challenging. Finding parking spots without internet is also a difficult task, something we still need to get used to.

In the end, we ended up at a campsite in Olhao. It's amazing how many people from different countries spend their winters here. There was a heavy thunderstorm during the night. The temperatures are around 20 degrees.
