Leaving

This morning after we had breakfast we walked down together with sandra for our last day and her first day.

We drove to the lions and stopped on the way by the lodge to say 'goodbye' to the manager andrise. Actually we discussed with him on where to send the money we managed to collect. In total 6500Rand or 400€.

Then we continued to the lions and after feeding and checking the fence we gave the card to Mariné. Even though she didnt even read yet what it was she was already crying.

She was really happy with the gift and we hope it gets her closer to her dream of travelling.

Back at camp we started to say goodbye to everyone before we were driven to our tents one last time to pick up all of our luggage.

From their we were driven all the way back to George by the ranger roiden.

We grabbed some snacks at the tank station and waited until our bus arrived which was a bit late.

Then our 7hour drive back to cape town started. We had 2 stops and a more or less continued bus ride without a lot of traffic

When we arrived, it was a bit colder in capetown, we got picked up by Craig. Same guy who also brought me here and Lea aswell. He still remembered us and was happy to see us again.

Back at the zebra hostel we took some time to get settled. Lea met with Ina a girl from germany that she knew from her introduction week.

Together we went down to Tigers milk though sadly they were out of ribs today. So I had some wings which was also okay.

Then we decided to try the 'sweet dreams dessert' a pizza with choclate sauce, melted marshmallow and choclate pieces. It was soo sweet and definetly enough for 3 people.

We talked at the hostel for a bit longer before we went to bed. Tomorrow Lea is going to fly back.
