My time in Windy Wellington is coming to an end and tomorrow we will be heading to the South Island with the Bluebridge Ferry. 100a Homebushroad has become another home for me and I will miss it as well.
Here in Wellington, I met two friends (Helena and Franzi) again and we had a great evening together.
I will probably never forget my first Couchsurfing experience.
Lea and I have made some changes here in the family. We have mostly cleared the chaos and we have also made sure that Janine earns around $3000 monthly with Airbnb thanks to us. It was not just a job, it was much more the help that Janine needed for years and that she finally got thanks to us. I have to say, I am proud of us because we have changed so much and I also feel that the family now feels much more comfortable than before.
So Wellington was, like any other city, an unforgettable experience and I will definitely miss the view.
Connor loves chili and at one point he said that we should try the third spiciest chili. Well, we did it. My mouth was on fire and the milk was quickly gone... but hey, I tried the third spiciest chili in the world. It was a 'nice' experience that you can actually do without. 😅😅
Today, Lea got to cut my hair into a long bob and since I know that you follow my blog... Lea, you should reconsider your career choice, you did an amazing job.
After wanting to go to the South Island for ages, tomorrow is finally the day and I am very excited about it.
...one adventure comes to an end and another one can begin.
I am curious about what's to come and while a lot is already planned for the future, I have also gotten to know myself better lately and realized that my plans always change. Almost every plan has already changed. Actually, we already booked our ferry two weeks ago but as always, something came up and our plans changed again...
...as always :D
