Gold Coast/ Surfers Paradise

On the 22nd, we arrived in Surfers Paradise and this time we took a hostel for geographical and financial reasons. From there, we explored the city, which is beautiful. We had heard before that it looks like Miami and we can actually agree! 😍 And during our exploration, we also found a Sling Shot and, of course, we tried it and it was just amazing 😂😍 In the evening, we chilled at the hostel with a few people we met there, but unfortunately mostly Germans 😔 We actually hardly meet other people here, which we find quite sad 🤷🏻‍♀️ The next morning, we went shopping at the outlet 😍 (after talking about how little money we have left 😂). On the way back, we saw an aquapark, so we quickly called and reserved a spot! It was super fun, but we came out with some bruises 🤷🏻‍♀️ Once, I slipped and got my foot stuck between two "panels" 😂😭 but nothing happened 👍🏼 After that, we went home to eat and get ready because we were going out to party with the people we met at the hostel 🥰 On the 24th, we went to Miami (there is actually a place here called Miami) and checked out the beach before going to Mermaid Beach to continue our journey. Unfortunately, there is currently a strong storm/wind here, so the beaches are closed and we can't go into the water, but the view was still nice and we hope to be able to go into the water again soon. Now it's time for: Next Stop -> Brisbane. 🥳
