In the morning, I woke up to a sweet surprise. The cat, which I was allowed to feed in the hostel lobby the night before, had found a place to sleep in our room.
Then, I packed my things and went to the main train station in Amsterdam. From there, I went directly to Brussels without changing trains. Because of this, I arrived in Brussels in the early afternoon and couldn't check into the hostel yet. So, I just briefly dropped off my things and headed to the Comic Strip Museum.
The museum was really cool, especially because there were a few graphic novels freely available (even in German) and I was able to read 'Als David seine Stimme verlor' and 'Penelope'. There were also some interesting backgrounds on the creation and history of comics.
On the way back to the hostel, I bought myself the typical Belgian fries, but they weren't particularly better than what I knew. Finally, I checked into the hostel, chose a bed, and relaxed for a bit.
