Arrival in Thailand

After a 12-hour flight and several hours waiting at airports, the time has finally come. Bangkok is within reach.

After arrival, the first hygiene horror. Different country, different customs...different men, different peeing.... :D

We took the train to the city center to get to the hotel. Without internet, the West is lost. So a friendly Thai accompanied us to the hotel. The people are very friendly at first impression. I had my first conversation with a Thai on the train.

Our first accommodations at Princpalace are great. Unfortunately, no infinity pool, Denny!

But who wants to stay in the hotel for long. Let's go to Khao San Road, basically the main street here. Here we had the first pad thai for dinner. As a dessert, we had a small scorpion afterwards. Treat yourself, right? I hesitated a bit.

I hope this stay in Bangkok doesn't end like The Hangover 2....

The quality of the pictures will surely decrease over time... First mishap... who knows how it happened, pictures say it all...
