Day 6: Deep Cove (Quarry Rock)

Hello there,

Today, I spent the morning in the hostel lounge. I decided to join a guided tour offered by the hostel, which was supposed to start at 12 o'clock.

Today, the destination was Quarry Rock in Deep Cove, a small neighborhood in Vancouver. The hiking trail led through the forest with A LOT of stairs uphill... But once we reached the huge rock, we had a really nice view of the sea and the many small islands in front of Vancouver. That's where we enjoyed our well-deserved chocolate donut, which we all bought at the best donut shop in Deep Cove :-)

The way back was much faster, so we even arrived at the hostel while it was still daylight, where I spent the evening.
