The hostel

I share my room with 3 others who also work at the hostel. Two guys (Shaun and Thami) both from South Africa and one girl (Camille) from Germany. The room is not particularly big, but we have a small courtyard just for us that belongs to the room and also, very important, a small fridge. In the arrangement with the hostel (work 3-4 times a week, 4-6 hours, in return for accommodation and breakfast) lunch and dinner are not included, so I have to cook for myself. The hostel is a 'boutique hostel', which means it's a bit nicer and offers more comfort (restaurant, bar, pool) than regular hostels. I feel very comfortable here, everyone I work and live with is super friendly and open.
