As announced, yesterday I spontaneously decided to make up for the canceled trip to the Grand Canyon. And as if this natural spectacle wasn't exciting enough, it was also my first ever helicopter flight.
At 10:15 am, the hotel pick-up arrived and we headed to the starting point in Boulder City. As expected in the States, such tours are conducted in a highly professional manner. Arrive, "check-in", and then board the helicopter. 😁
And just like that, we were in the air. Absolutely amazing. The edges of the canyon were lightly dusted with snow. Words cannot describe the impressions. It's insane what nature has created here. Definitely a lasting memory and with excellent conditions.
We even landed in the canyon and had a little picnic. It's America after all...
After the return drive to the hotel, I headed to Kingman, Arizona.
It was wonderful driving through the desert landscape at sunset.
In the evening, I went to the steakhouse where I'm currently sitting as I write this. 🤩
Incredible day! 😎🤗👌🤘
Stay tuned!
