Whitianga & Coromandel Region Tag 5-11

Already more than a week I've been with the 'kiwis' Crazy how time flies and I'm not bored :D Well, I had a week of language course in Whitianga, I really liked it and it was fun, just the right thing to get used to the language and people here. In one week I have seen and experienced a lot, but also taken care of organizational things like opening a bank account and applying for an IRD (tax) number.

We visited various beaches in the Coromandel area, visited an old gold mine, maintained a hiking trail from school, and much more :)

Then today at noon I took the bus to Auckland to see the city and take care of getting a means of transportation. I just checked into the YHA hostel and wrote this blog post. But now it's time to sleep :D

PS. The weather has been nice the past few days and today, around 14-19°C, but it's supposed to rain again tomorrow.
