Day 13 - 03.08.2023 Radovljica Bee Hike

Another rainy day. We seem to have no luck with the weather in this region of Slovenia... But we actually found a children's hiking trail with stops for Juliane - woohoo.

So off to Radovljica, not far from Bled. Only the traffic and congestion in Bled is really annoying.... At the tourist information office in town, we got a booklet with puzzles about bees and the 4 stops. The hike led through the town and the girls learned a little more about bees. As a prize, each of them got a bag of honey cookies, directly from the town. (And us adults got a honey liqueur, which we drank at the beginning of the hike)

In the end, we treated ourselves to a delicious soft ice cream at a chocolate shop.... and Juliane had already tasted many chocolate lentils from the tasting plate - hehe :-)
