The next few days...

At first, everything was really unfamiliar to me, which is completely normal. But I have to say, the parents were really nice from the beginning, which I'm really happy about, and the children accepted me right from the start. This made it much easier for me to settle in. So now, day by day, everything is becoming more familiar and cozy.

I had the morning off on Friday and in the afternoon, I picked up Emily Will from daycare and played with her.

I have weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays. Since I didn't sleep well on Friday night, I just stayed in bed a little longer on Saturday and spent most of the day in my room.

On Sunday, we went out for lunch with some friends of the family and in the afternoon, I took a walk to explore the area, which was really worth it.

The weather is rather poor at the moment, as it is currently winter. The temperatures range from 10 to 15 degrees during the day, and to make matters worse, there's the annoying wind. So it's not uncommon to see me wearing a winter jacket, scarf, and hat. And the fact that I was spoiled with constant temperatures of up to 35 degrees in Germany doesn't make it any better.
