52. Tag: Until early afternoon we hang out at the beach of Agias Annas: knitting, reading, sunbathing, etc. As there are lots of jellyfish in the water and we would like to cool off in the heat, we continue to the beach of Rovies (on the west side of the island). There we find surprisingly warm and calm water. After a long swim, we also discover jellyfish there. Most of them are hardly recognizable (like a slightly milky disc), but there is also a fat red jellyfish.
We continue to the spa town of Loutra Edipsou. It is known for its thermal springs. Unfortunately, due to the long weekend (May 1st), it is totally crowded. So we can only watch the hustle and bustle in the thermal pools.
In the evening we arrive in Agiokampos, where our ferry to the mainland leaves tomorrow morning. We end the day in a charming little tavern on the beach.
