TCS Oldtimer Show in Dielsdorf, 16.9.2018

For the 4th time, the TCS Oldtimer Show took place in Erlen. With Hofer's in their Triumph TR5, we drove to Dielsdorf on Sunday. At the entrance, a professional photo was taken of each vehicle before it could be parked.

As soon as we got out, I was immediately approached by a lady who, 30 years ago, traveled for 8 months in a VW T3 through Canada and the USA with her 'not-yet-husband' 😳😝.

We then strolled comfortably through the rows of classic cars. Röbi reveled in memories when he caught sight of a white Renault rear. His father's first car! And the whole family took it on vacation to Italy... 😝

A DJ played cool music from the 60s and 70s, and in the small festival restaurant, you could strengthen yourself. We even met the previous owner of our T3 with his partner 😊. After lunch, we set off in the Bully to Rüschlikon for Berni's cousin's birthday party. Hofer's actually had a short way home, but stopped along the way and had to call the breakdown service. Fortunately, only a cable was loose and the TR was able to drive home by itself... 😏
