After an incredible breakfast at a place called "Cora" with eggs, salmon, bacon, potatoes, fruit crepes, and "all you can drink" coffee😋😋, we took an Uber to Harley Davidson Vancouver on the outskirts of the city.
I've been to Harley stores all over the world, but this one was by far the largest, with a huge selection of motorcycles, accessories, and clothing. After about an hour, we left the store with 3 new t-shirts and $170 less in our wallets, and went back to the hotel where we wasted the afternoon watching City vs Bayern on TV 🤷♂️.
After digesting the 3-0 shock, we rallied and took a stroll along the waterfront (with views of the snow-covered mountains) to the "Gas-Town" neighborhood, where we visited the Vancouver Lookout for its magnificent 360-degree view of the city, and admired the famous Steam Clock, which plays a melody with a lot of steam every quarter hour.
We ended the day at the Indian restaurant "Spicy6", where the chef interprets the terms "medium spicy and mild" very generously 🥵.
Tomorrow we will pick up our rental car, and then it's goodbye Vancouver - hello Vancouver Island.
One more thing..... Brigitte, who always feels it's too cold rather than too warm, is amazed that many people here walk around the city with shorts, summer dresses, or crop tops in 10 degrees Celsius, while she always looks like she just came back from a long expedition in Greenland 🥶🤣
