26.06.2018 - continuing into Manning Park

Today we had to say goodbye to the Okanagan Valley, as we continued westward into Manning Park. But we took it easy today, as only 180km were on the agenda. We had a leisurely breakfast, packed everything up, and dumped again.

Upon arriving at Manning Park, we realized that it was much colder here - the thermometer only showed 12 degrees 😯 We had booked a spot at Lightning Lake Campground - a state park, very quiet and idyllically located on a lake with very spacious sites under tall trees. And we were allowed to make a fire - now we could finally make a fire with the firewood Steve gave us 🔥
