After heavy rain and a storm on the beach during the night, we wait until 11, when the rain should actually let up a bit. We go off-road a bit to get back to the path quickly and after a short walk in the rain we reach Arcade, where we have a coffee party and wait out the rain. Marlo is in a good mood as always and sleeps through the worst of it. Then it gets drier and our mood improves, after all we have 16 km ahead of us with some elevation gain. We had already been warned about the route with KiWa but we tried our luck and the boys struggled quite a bit. We are rewarded with a strenuous but wonderful path in the sun through the forest.
Marlo can now finally get into the sling so that he can see the Camino. The stroller has to withstand a lot. It goes along real Roman roads and through a river.
As the final stop of the stage, Pontevedra is truly an experience. We also witness a traditional Easter procession. The apartment is also really fantastic and very centrally located in the old town.
