Today's tour started in the small village of Granstein, below Hochsölden. It initially went uphill to Hochwald Jause. From there, it was a very long and sometimes very steep descent to Aschbach. Then it was flat along the Ötztaler Ache, always along the cycle path, until Huben. There we had a hot drink before continuing through the village towards Lengenfeld. At some point, we left the path and went up pre-alpine terrain for about 2 hours to Teufelskanzel. From there, you have a great view of the Lengenfeld Valley. After a short break, we walked back down through the forest until we reached the Ötztaler Ache again, from where it was flat to our destination today. With 20.3km, 524m up, 860m down, it was already a decent stage.
