1 and a half hours of waiting in the airport security area? Check. Half an hour waiting for the shuttle bus to the car rental? Double check. Another half hour waiting at the car rental? Triple check.
Despite all the waiting, we finally arrived at the hotel before dawn, went shopping, and spent some time at Dockweiler Beach.
Now that we have all been awake for over 24 hours (20:45 PDT), it’s time to go to bed.
