5 Tag - Falcon Hospital 🦅

Today it took us 45 minutes of adventurous taxi ride to the largest falcon hospital in the world.

For Emiratis, falcons are like dogs to us, the animals are treated like family members and also require good care and treatment. After a 2-hour tour, one thing is certain: care and treatment here is top-notch!!! 👍🦅

Incredible animals... you can quickly have a luxury car sitting on your arm - the animals cost from 25,000 upwards. Then you have a little respect 😊

We were even allowed to be present for a 'preventive examination': manicure, beak trimming, and feather care... patient ones because they are sedated with gas 😋 really exciting!

We continued with the operating room, through the own history/falcon museum and a room full of prizes and certificates for the hospital 👍👍👍 not to forget: the souvenir shop!

A top excursion!!!! 😚😚😚

On the way back we walked through the fish market... 🤥not for delicate noses!

Here you can find everything that has fins - great prices - unfortunately we couldn't take anything with us... it's not convenient in the hotel 😋😋😋
