HALKIDIKI or also called 'the middle finger'

In the hostel, Çağatai decides to join us for the 'middle finger' Halkidiki.

The peninsula has many beautiful small beaches but has become quite touristy.

In the second night, we sleep on a great beach with a beach bar. Many Greeks also camp here and spend the weekend with their friends.

What we didn't know is that the beach bar is a kind of nightclub, and the loud party music doesn't end until 6 am...

Well, that didn't go well....

The next day, we cross the mountain to reach the western side.

From here, we have a fantastic view of Mount Athos, which is located on the third finger. However, only men are allowed to enter, as many monks live in their monasteries on the island.

The western side of Halkidiki is beautiful. There are even more small bays here, and tourism is slightly decreasing...

We spend 2 nights in different bays here, where there are always Greeks camping...

On Monday, there are severe storms until 9 pm, and we cannot leave the tent..

Today (Tuesday), we chose the first campsite to wash our things, take a shower!! And have internet again....
