After the storm in John o' Groats, our journey continued. If you know the last blog entries, you should know the direction and the next point to reach eventually.
For today, September 19, 2019, the goal was to visit the city of Glasgow.
We were greeted like in Newcastle or rather like Trump in Davos... with outstretched fingers and closed noses, but we quickly left the city without a plan and drove to a nearby campground. The reception was not open and we were greeted by the nursing home. Could this be it? No. So we drove another 7 minutes and found a great parking spot with a gigantic sunset.
That was the best sunset so far, perfect alignment, 1A ultra!
The journey from the north to the south along the west coast took us to the Isle of Skye.
There is not much to tell except for a few pictorial, documented impressions and an *idea of a treasure as pirates know it on the beautiful Isle of Skye...
What stands out on the island are the many free-roaming sheep enjoying the positive atmosphere between life and death.
Tomorrow Scotland will be history for us and we will cross the border into England where we will check into a hotel. The adventurous journey has given us many impressions.
Noble greetings
Lady and Lord
