You have fought bravely as a shieldmaiden or viking in battle and died gloriously. Now you go to Valhalla through Bifröst.
This is the imagination in Norse mythology. You can experience it, at least interactively, at the Vikingecenter in Jelling. This is UNESCO World Heritage. Here, the story of Jelling and this impressive ship setting is told around the grave of Harald Bluetooth.
In the Tinghaus, stories are told at the campfire and you can learn a lot about the life of the Vikings on site.
Here is also the largest runestone in the world. Harald Bluetooth had this one made to tell the world about his successful Christianization of Denmark in a sustainable way. History chiseled in stone.
Fun fact: The impressive white stelae that mark the ship setting around the site wear red Santa hats at Christmas. What was originally done as a small joke has become a beloved tradition in Jelling.
