Start with lots of waving hands 👋

Then came the day when it finally started. I had spent the last few days optimizing my luggage, oiling the bike and was really excited. At the start my friends from Memmingen came to wave and we toasted my journey, which felt really great. For the first 30km I had conversation while cycling and a delicious lunch together. Thanks Til and Andy! At the end of the day my legs were getting pretty heavy. To coincide with the start of the tour I spent the night in the "Rad" with a view of Lake Constance and the Alps.
