Last day: from Bremervörde to Hamburg

The Oste-Hotel in Bremervörde features historic photographs of the area as 'photo wallpaper' on many walls in its interiors and rooms. The images have a great effect due to their size and grayscale gradation. In the breakfast room, you get the impression of looking out over the Oste.

On our last day, we took the ferry from Lühe to Schulau across the Elbe. At Wellkomm-Höft, they did not announce our arrival, and we should have planned this better.

After 77 days and almost 4,000 km, we are back in Hamburg. It was a great tour, but we are also happy to be back home.
