Slept longer. In the late morning, the girls dropped us off at Mount Bruce. They wanted to go to a café in Tom Price. Michael and I climbed the mountain quickly, he was once again wearing flip-flops. Those crazy Brits. When we reached the top, we already had our lunch at 11:30. I wasn't used to that and felt full after a short while. Michael said that strange things are happening today. Serena had breakfast this morning, which she never does. It turned out he was right. He joked that maybe Jana wants to be the first one to jump into the cold water today.
In the end, the girls were late and Michael and I waited in the heat. Two Irish girls we met on the way gave us their last beer. And a pancake. So sweet! They didn't want to leave us here alone, but Jana and Serena eventually arrived as well. They wanted us to take a closer look at the car, as something was different. We walked around, but couldn't see anything at first. Then Michael noticed that there was a different tire on it. They had a flat tire even though the road was paved. How could that happen? So, they needed a third tire.
We refueled at the visitor center and visited the Kalamina Pool. I drove, even at night, as we wanted to reach the campsite. Luckily, Jana checked too. She warned me about the cows on the road that I hadn't noticed so quickly. Campfire and off to bed.
