Tag 55 - Bye Fraser Island, Hello Agnes Water

Today we unfortunately have to leave Fraser Island. But we still have some time left on the island, so after breakfast we walk the Beerilbee Walking Trail. It is humid and warm. On the way, we discover many exotic trees and realize that hiking in the sand is much more exhausting than on solid ground. After the hike, we relax by the pool until we take the ferry back to Hervey Bay in the afternoon, where our rental car is parked. We still have about 250 km to drive until we reach our accommodation for the next two days. Agnes Water is known as a holiday destination right on the coast. Due to many construction sites, we only arrive in Agnes Water in the evening and end the evening with pasta and a plastic glass of rosé.
