Oopsie daisy... Connection lost!

Buga: 31.12.2020

So that my blog at least gets some kind of conclusion by the end of the year, here's a quick update 'what has happened so far'... (and how the blog could continue).

By now, - probably quite logically - I am no longer traveling.
At the end of September, I arrived back home just in time for my dad's 60th birthday and at least could surprise him with my return ;)

After my last entry from Denmark, I actually made it to Sweden and even for 2 days to Norway, before taking the ferry back to Denmark, along the German Baltic Sea coast, through Brandenburg with a stopover in Berlin, down to Görlitz. From there, I just had to go back through the hilly state of Saxony to Bavaria and after a few reunion dates in the Fränkische Schweiz, finally back to the original starting point in Regensburg.

On almost all of these sections, I had the company of old and new friends and therefore didn't have time to write anymore - and instead decided to consciously enjoy every moment 'in real life' :)

After a lot of back and forth, I miraculously still got an admission for my master's degree program in early October, looked for a shared flat in my place of study and am now experiencing student life for the second time as a freshman.

Since everything developed so spontaneously after my return and the workload of a master's program is not without challenges, my brilliant plan of writing about the remaining experiences of my journey after my return didn't quite work out either.

Since I would be really sad if they got lost, I still have in mind to write down one or the other anecdote when the opportunity arises. However, I don't want to make any promises and will first see what 2021 will bring.

One thing is for sure: if it is even half as adventurous and eventful as 2020 was for me, I will definitely be more than happy!
