Deira Souk (Spices), Dubai Heritage Village and Dubai Mall with Dubai Fountain

We spend the morning again in the Spice Souk in Deira. The "Aldi Süd" from last year is still there *g*. Then we visit the Dubai Heritage Village, which was unfortunately closed last year when we were there.

We really like the museum. Here you can learn more about the history of Dubai.

Afterwards, we stroll along Dubai Creek, the kids treat themselves to a drink coconut, and then we finally escape the heat of the day in Dubai Mall.

Last year we were under a lot of time pressure here, this year it's more relaxed. We have enough time for the mall, the shops, the aquarium and the water shows.

The Dubai Fountain is truly unique! We watch it at least 4 water shows before we go and eat something in between and finally return to the apartment late in the evening.
