Hi everyone,
We're slowly getting into a nice routine of taking it easy :).
So today, we started the day in a relaxed manner. We woke up at 9 am, had a cozy morning, and went to visit a potential accommodation at 11 am. To make sure we made the right decision, we took a walk along the beach and explored other options. And guess what we found! About five to six houses away from us, there's a Playboy Villa! It's a really flashy place, completely gold-plated :).
Unfortunately, we didn't have a camera with us, but since it's right next door, there will surely be more pictures to follow :).
We were torn for a while about which accommodation to choose, but now we've made our decision and we're very happy with our choice :).
From April 3rd, we'll be staying there and of course, we'll send you photos ;).
Since there's a motorboat lying around on our beach that we're allowed to use, we wanted to prepare it for tomorrow. The whole boat was full of leaves, ants, and smelled like rotten water. We cleaned everything up and then tried to start the engine....... Of course, it didn't start... Kevin didn't give up and eventually, the engine made its first rotations. Then a man approached us and said that the boat was broken and we shouldn't take it out... Great.... So we put it away again and went for a swim. We paddled a bit with the stand-up paddleboard and snorkelled with full-face masks provided by the host. About the full-face masks: they're great for snorkelling, you have unrestricted visibility and don't always have to struggle with the snorkel. But you can't dive with them because you can forget about equalizing the pressure :). Cool, we tried that too, but we definitely wouldn't trade our own masks for them :).
Later, we went back to our accommodation, had dinner, and now we're sitting on the couch enjoying the pleasant weather, and ending the day with a cocktail.
So, see you again tomorrow!
