Silver Wedding Anniversary and Cirque du Soleil Part Two

In the early evening, we got dressed up and headed to Cirque du Soleil, which is conveniently within walking distance from us at the MGM. The combination of acrobatics, incredible stage technology, martial arts, and pyrotechnics was immensely impressive.

Afterward, we went to a fine Japanese restaurant that was conveniently a 5-minute walk away. The menu selection was so vast that we were grateful for the excellent advice from the waiter. Goodness, the food was delicious and prepared and presented in a way that was quite different from what we usually experience. I'd say it was fitting for the occasion.😇

We originally planned to spend the next day without any major plans, but we were so captivated by Cirque du Soleil that we immediately got tickets for another show at the Bellagio in the morning.

We set off a bit earlier for the Bellagio to watch the water shows. They were just as well done as they were 25 years ago, but unfortunately, they lacked the accompaniment of classical music. That definitely takes some points off in the B rating, but it was still beautiful.

At 9:00 PM, the show “O” began. The stage had been moving in all directions the night before, but today it was a mix of water and solid ground. The show was absolutely incredible and even swept us away more than the previous day's show. It’s definitely something I can recommend.
