Supposedly, it's only 24 degrees today. However, these degrees feel a lot warmer. It's also humid, which is unusual for the sea.
South of Mandurah is a narrow strip of land, with the Indian Ocean on its west coast and a large, long, very flat body of water on its east side. There are several smaller cities on this strip of land. We wanted to see all of this today. You can find photos of the sea and beach attached. We only drove through the cities: all monotonous residential areas with partly flashy villas; all built around the same time (probably in the last 10 years); all in a similar architectural style. Many have a 'For Sale' sign in front of the house. Apparently, some people have overstretched themselves... Currently, house prices are falling in some regions of Australia. I can't say if it's the same here.
We also went to the city center of Mandurah, but we can't report anything enlightening about it.
