Home sweet home - we are leaving

JEAH :)

After months of looking forward to our big honeymoon trip, the time has finally come. We are flying to Australia, towards summer.

The backpacks were quickly packed. Thanks to good preparation and a little experience from past trips, everything fit. In the end, it wasn't so little, as we will need everything from regular clothing to beachwear to mountain outfits. Our backpacks weighed about 15kg+.

With a heavy heart, we left our small zoo in Graz, but we know they are in very good hands. :)

After many hugs and kisses goodbye to the family, the FlixBus brought us to Vienna. After almost 24 hours, we finally landed in Sydney. It was really exhausting because the sleep was not very restful. Nevertheless, it was not an obstacle for us to explore the city right away.

One thing we can already tell you: Sydney is absolutely amazing! But more in the next entry. :)
