The next two days were all about making progress: heading up towards the Bay of Fundy and then crossing over to Cape Breton. Two days were planned, overnight stay still open, we wanted to see how far we could get on the first day and then look for accommodation in the late afternoon.
We made a first small stop in Wolfville, a small town on the Bay of Fundy. We didn't find a way to the water, but we briefly visited the tiny library (what else :D). We also found our dream workplace, I think you can quickly guess from the pictures ;).
From Wolfville, we made a little detour to Scot's Bay, to the tip of a small peninsula, the path went steeply uphill. The original plan was to hike the trail to Cape Split, but since we only arrived at the trailhead in the late afternoon and it would have taken us about 3 hours in total, we decided against it. The views on the way up were definitely worth the detour, especially from the Bay of Fundy, we saw much more than in Wolfville.
We stayed overnight in a typical North American motel near Truro.
