Day 10, TV studio

Publicado: 06.02.2018

Our colleagues from Speedhang had to leave for Jongseong very early today at 6am for breakfast and the departure track. The main problem was announced. We started breakfast at seven o'clock and rearranged our normal daily program. First special tasks with the aim of the hub at camera 10, then table transport, lunch, and then setting up camera 23 and transporting a cumbersome crate. Finally, we had to pull another cable because our colleagues had given away the last fibers of the glass cable and did not expect the cable to have only 6 fibers instead of the usual 12. We also handled this promptly so that there was finally time for a final beer.

Beni Giger briefly instructed us on what he expects from us during the races and where we will be assigned as spotters. It sounds super exciting.

Before dinner, we paid a visit to the TV studio. There are a total of three studios (Tessin, Romand, Deutschweiz), which will hopefully be well frequented after the races, provided of course that the Swiss athletes win one or the other medal.
