Die Überfahrt ⛴️ und Ankunft in Tanger

At 10 o'clock we are finally on board and have taken our cabin. We are very glad that we have the travel pills with us, because the sea is very rough during the crossing until the stopover the next morning at 8 o'clock in Barcelona.

But then the sun welcomes us in Barcelona.

The further journey is then very relaxed due to the sea conditions.

On board we met a variety of very nice people of different nationalities (Moroccans living in France, Italians, Croats living in Italy, Germans). Through communication with them, we learned how the passport and vehicle paperwork procedure works on board. Very adventurous...

2 officers are responsible for all 2000 passengers - everyone gathers in the 'main lobby' with the necessary (filled) forms and waits... We were lucky and finished completely in 3 hours. Others had to wait in line on both days.

Then, after 48 1/2 hours, we finally arrive in Tanger Med.

After another 3 hours of waiting at the border, we are in *MOROCCO*.
