The Begwns

Always in the valley of the River Wye we drive in drizzle on "The Begwns", a hill near Hay-on-Wye. Our next stormy overnight spot

Up on the hill, which only Schnuffi and I climb in the rain, a stone wall, 50m in diameter, with a few trees and a picnic area in the middle.
In the evening we had homemade spaetzle, why else would we have two Swabian natives with us?
