Bourke's Lookout, Patea Beach

In the morning we drive to the beach located in front of the cliff coast, which we could see from the campsite. From the extensive walk we make a fun and adventurous one and discover rocks from which water drips out. After the two-hour walk, we try to go swimming in the high and wild waves. Afterwards we drive to Whanganui and walk through the beautiful park around Virginia Lake. Then we look for a nice campsite directly on the Whanganui River in Whanganui.
