Rottnest Island

Tapestry to Rottnest Island, a small island off the coast of Perth.

The island is mainly known for its large quokka population, but it also offers stunning landscapes. The highlight of the day was a several-hour bike tour around the island to explore all the beautiful spots. But there was also some time for a swim in the Indian Ocean and relaxation on white sandy beaches.

Because of the overwhelming beauty, I spontaneously decided to stay for an extra night. This way, I could watch the beautiful sunset and even had a visit from two quokkas. And the next morning, it was time for another dip in the ocean to wake up!
