High Sierra Trail Day 1

First day on the High Sierra Trail. First from Fresno to Visalia by bus and then up to nearly 2000m with the NP Shuttle to the Sequoia National Park. Refilled water again and started at General Sherman Tree around 12 noon and arrived at Nine Mile Creek just before sunset. I saw a bear, otherwise I was impressed by the trees and the mountain scenery in the background.
