Ta Prohm

Particularly captivating is the temple complex of Ta Prohm, which served as the backdrop for the film Tomb Raider. The mystique that Ta Prohm radiates, the decay, and the trees that intertwine with the masonry not only provide tourists with an extremely popular photo opportunity.

A particular mystery is presented by the relief possibly depicting a dinosaur, the origins of which are unclear. Speculation goes as far as suggesting that a prankster might have delighted in fooling science.
